Nicole Rodda is an Accredited Practising Dietitian and a member of Dietitian’s Australia. Nicole has completed a Bachelor degree in Food and Nutrition Sciences with a Major in Food Science and a Master of Dietetics from Deakin University. Since completing her primary qualifications, Nicole has also completed the Monash University Low FODMAP Diet course.
Nicole strongly believes in establishing a positive relationship with food and understands first-hand how complicated that relationship can be. Nicole is at risk of anaphylaxis to several foods so understands how a restricted diet can affect many aspects of your life. Nicole has great empathy for clients requiring specific diets and can provide relevant support and recommendations for different conditions .
Nicole accepts referrals to support clients with a wide variety of conditions and has a particular interest in Food Allergies and Intolerances, Gastrointestinal Disorders such as Irritable Bowel Syndrome, Constipation, Coeliac Disease and Diverticular Disease, as well as healthy eating and weight management.
